Easy eSignatures

Used signNow for a few contracts. Super easy to upload and get signed. Interface is clean. No trouble at all. Will keep using it.

Good for documents, took a bit

I signed up for the airSlate Business Cloud bundle after my free trial. The signup process was straightforward, no issues there. I mainly use pdfFiller and signNow for contracts. Both work well, very intuitive for editing PDFs and getting signatures. I had a question about integrating with Salesforce, so I used their online chat support. It took about 15 minutes to connect with someone, which felt a little long, but the agent was helpful and answered my question. The automated data mapping feature is a real time-saver once you get it set up. Overall, the tools are solid for our business needs. It's definitely an improvement over our old manual process.

Solid platform, minor learning curve

I subscribed to pdfFiller and DocHub for my document management needs. The PDF editing functions are quite good and I appreciate the range of tools available. Getting started with some of the more advanced workflow automations took a bit of time to figure out. It's powerful, but not always immediately intuitive for a first-time user. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about exporting, which was a plus. Overall, it's a strong platform for the price, though I wish the initial setup for complex workflows was a touch simpler.

Pretty good for my small business

I tried out their free trial for airSlate Workflows, mostly to automate some client onboarding documents. It was surprisingly easy to set up the first few steps, like sending out forms and then getting them e-signed with signNow. I'm not super techy, but the drag-and-drop interface was simple enough. It's been a relief not having to chase down paper forms anymore. Felt a little overwhelmed by all the options at first, but once I focused on what I needed, it made sense. Definitely a good move for my little operation.

Consistent service, keeps getting better

I've been using airSlate for about two years now, mostly for DocHub and then I upgraded to the Business Cloud. This latest renewal was as smooth as previous ones. I like that they're always adding features, like the expanded template library. The integration with NetSuite is still working perfectly for our accounting team. I originally switched from a competitor because airSlate offered more robust automation for a better price, and that's still true. It's been a reliable tool for us, definitely not looking to switch again anytime soon.

I'm looking at the annual billing option for airSlate. Is the 15-25% saving actually real or is that just marketing speak?

E Elena 2 months ago
It's real. I saved a decent chunk by paying for the year upfront. Made sense for me since I knew I'd be using it long term.

Definitely real savings. Most SaaS companies do that to get you to commit. If you're sure you'll use it for a year, it's a no-brainer.

Hey guys, thinking about getting airSlate for my small business. Does it actually save time like they say? Or is it just another complicated software to learn?

D David Vargas 3 months ago
Definitely saves time once you get the hang of it. I use the pdfFiller part a lot and it's so much faster than trying to edit PDFs the old way.

It's a learning curve for sure, but the automation bots are super powerful. My team uses it for contract approvals and it cut down our review time by like half. Worth it IMO.

Is airSlate really HIPAA compliant? My practice needs to make sure all our e-signatures are totally secure and meet all the rules.

J Josh Osei 3 months ago
Yeah, they mention it on their site. I remember seeing that when I was signing up, it was a big deal for my company too.

From what I understand, yes, it is. They have specific features for healthcare stuff. You can probably double-check with their sales team if you need a super detailed breakdown.

Thinking of switching from DocuSign. Is airSlate genuinely better or just a cheaper alternative? What's the main difference people notice?

C Carly Beaumont 2 months ago
I moved from DocuSign to airSlate Business Cloud. airSlate feels more like a full toolkit for processes, not just signatures. The PDF editing and workflow stuff is a huge plus.

DocuSign is great for just e-signatures, but airSlate bundles in a lot more. The automation capabilities are way stronger, especially if you have complex document flows. If you just need signatures, DocuSign might be simpler, but if you want to automate more of your paperwork, airSlate is probably the way to go.

Does airSlate integrate with Salesforce well? We use Salesforce for everything and need a seamless connection.

M Marcus Walsh 3 months ago
They definitely have a Salesforce integration. I've heard good things, but haven't used it personally.

Yes, it does. My company uses it and it works pretty smoothly for pulling data and sending documents for e-sign directly from Salesforce. Saves a ton of manual work.

What's the difference between airSlate and signNow? I'm confused why they're separate but also part of the same thing.

N Neil 2 months ago
signNow is just the e-signature part. airSlate is the whole big platform that includes signNow plus all the workflow, PDF editing, and automation stuff.

W Wendy A. 2 months ago
Think of signNow as a component, like an app within the bigger airSlate ecosystem. airSlate offers a lot more functionality beyond just getting signatures.

How long does the free trial last? I want to test out the full Business Cloud package before committing to a year.

J James Lindqvist 2 months ago
It's usually 30 days. Gives you plenty of time to play around with it.

N Nina Y. 2 months ago
Yep, 30 days. I used it to try out signNow and pdfFiller integration. Plenty of time to see if it fits.

I'm a student working on a startup project, is there any way to get a discount? Or is it just for established businesses?

I Ivy B. 2 months ago
They actually have a startup program, I saw it mentioned somewhere. Might be worth checking their site for details or just emailing them.

D Dan Romero 2 months ago
Yeah, and I think some non-profits get discounts too, so it's not just big companies. Definitely ask them.
